He has provided advice to a range of organisations on projects that include the development of contract strategies,  implementation of asset management and the development of partnerships.  He is in high demand for his facilitation and project enabling skills,and is currently working with a number of organisations providing mentoring and project development advice and support.


Adrian Wanstall

Adrian is a Principal consultant.  With more than 20 years experience of all sides of the constructions industry.  He is skilled in the delivery of collaboration projects and expert in the role of enabler. Adrian recently took  the leading role in the development of asset valuation procedures for the local highway authorities in Wales and has worked with a range of authorities assisting them to develop asset management plans and practices.

Roger Adams

Roger is a hugely experienced consultant with more than 30 years experience.  He has provided advice to a range of infrastructure owners, developers and operators.  Roger's recent experience centres on the development of highway asset management plans, however his past experience as a road safety audit and expert witness have provided him with a range of skills that enable us to offer a broad scope of assistance

Glen Kirk

Glen Kirk recently joined exp adding further technical expertise to our team. Glen has previous exeprience of highway management from both a client and supplier perspective.  Glen has particular skills in pavement management and is assisting a number of authorities to develop their approach to skid resistance management.
